Terms of service

These terms cover the opsdeck service: the hosted dashboard, the in-game resource and the Discord bot (together, "the service"), operated by [OPERATOR: entity] ("we"). By installing the resource or using the dashboard you agree to them.
1. What you get
A licence to use the service for the servers on your account. The free plan covers one server. The paid plan (€19/month per server) adds retention reporting, purchase reconciliation and Discord linking with role sync. Features are described as they exist; where a feature is not shipped it is not promised in the plan.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your server, your staff and how you act on what the service reports. It reports; you decide.
- Keep your licence key, dashboard token and bot token to yourself. Anyone holding them can read your data.
- Do not use the service to break the rules of the platforms you run on, or the law where you are.
- You confirm you are entitled to install software on the servers you connect.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Tebex, which acts as merchant of record and handles VAT. Prices are in EUR and may include or exclude VAT depending on where you are. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
4. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is", without warranty. The dashboard may be briefly unavailable during deployments; the in-game resource is designed to buffer and retry, and it will never prevent your server from running.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you are paying for, we will say so before the next renewal, and you can cancel.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost players, lost revenue or damage to your server or its data.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment, for abuse of the service or of our infrastructure, or where required by law. On termination we delete your data on request, as described in the privacy page.
7. No affiliation
opsdeck is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Discord or Tebex. Their names and marks belong to them.
8. Governing law
